This is the medal I won at the Disney Princess 1/2 Marathon on February 24, 2013 in Orlando, FL. Even though I knew I was going to get the medal simply because I started the race it means so more to me because I actually finished the race. I ran a 5K in September 2012 and that is the only other official race I have participated in. I have learned so much about my mind and body in the last 24 hours. I AM AN AMAZING WOMAN!
