The marathon has 9 different corrals. The first is for the wheelchairs then there is A-H. A is for the serious runners and the further towards the back you go the least experienced runners are in the back. So I was in Corral H, but strategically I moved up to the front of the corral to give myself a little more time before the official timer started.
